STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF STEPHENS) NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Because of a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Security Deed, dated March 15, 2007, executed by Williams Chad Ford to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., recorded in Deed Book 802, Page 370, Stephens County, Georgia Deed Records, and securing a Note in the original principal amount of $97,600.00, said Security Deed last having been assigned to Green Tree Servicing LLC, the current holder thereof, has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness evidenced by the Note immediately due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Security Deed, will, on the first Tuesday in August, 2014 to-wit: August 5, 2014, during the legal hours of sale, before the Stephens County Courthouse door, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE 440TH DISTRICT, G.M., STEPHENS COUNTY, GEORGIA LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF A DIRT ROAD LEADING OFF OF JARRETT MANOR ROAD AND MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE CENTER OF SAID OLD ROAD AND NEXT TO OTHER PROPERTY OF STANDRIDGE, SAID IRON PIN CORNER BEING 268.8 FEET NORTHWEST OF A POINT IN THE CENTER OF SAID ROAD NEXT TO PROPERTY FORMERLY OWNED BY CARTER, NOW OWNED BY STANDRIDGE, AND RUNNING THENCE ALONG THE LINE OF STANDRIDGE IN A SOUTHWESTERN DIRECTION 100 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE A NORTHWESTERN DIRECTION 110 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE A NORTHEASTERN DIRECTION 100 FEET TO THE CENTER OF SAID OLD ROAD; THENCE ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF THE ROAD FOR THE LINE IN A SOUTHEASTERN DIRECTION 100 FEET TO THE BEGINNING POINT AND BEING BOUNDED ON THE NORTH, THE WEST AND THE SOUTH BY PROPERTY OF STANDRIDGE AND ON THE EAST BY AN OLD ROAD LENDING TO JARRETT MANOR ROAD.
