The winning tree in this year’s Festival of Trees was crafted by Valley Farm of Toccoa Falls College.

The ninth annual Festival of Trees was held Dec. 2-3 in the historic courthouse in downtown Toccoa. 

Nine trees were on display receiving a total of more than  500 total votes.

Toccoa resident Gina Rider wanted to help those in need due to recent wildfires in the southeast.

On Saturday, Nov. 19, the Georgia Coroners Association (GCA)  held its annual meeting at the Macon Marriott City Center in Macon.
