Mr. Melvin James Brady, age 86, of Toccoa, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Pruitt Health of Toccoa.
Born September 29, 1936 in Toccoa, he was the son of the late Waco and Geneva Turner Brady.
He was a member of The Pointe Church, (Toccoa Church of God) and was retired from Schnadig Corporation.
Family members include his wife, Brenda Singleton Brady; sister-in-law, Louise Brady; grandchildren, Tara and Travis Poole and Tabitha Weeks; four great-grandchildren; seven nephews and one niece.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Jerry Brady and Travis Brady; brothers, Johnny Brady, Weldon Brady, and Winford Brady; and a sister, Linda Williams.
Melvin’s wishes were to donate his body to the Medical College of Georgia.
