Salem Stones, a fast-growing Memorial Granite distributor in Elberton, GA, wants a highly motivated individual with excellent multi-tasking and planning skills to join our Memorial Design team as a Production Coordinator.
The Production Coordinator will ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. The job involves taking a service order from approved to completed status, ensuring all details are followed through from proof approval to completion. The coordinator will verify all orders are accurately entered, scheduled, and completed with high quality standards, as well as quickly and accurately respond to all internal inquiries about task statuses, custom pricing, and invoices from our business partners.
The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to send, receive, sort and distribute e-mails accurately and efficiently. General granite industry knowledge or scheduling experience is a plus but not required. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate will be organized and able to prioritize tasks with excellent time management skills.
This position operates in a professional office environment within a warehouse setting. Due to COVID-19, this is currently a remote position with weekly visits to the office. Salem Stones offers a competitive salary and a company supported benefit package.
