The Security Deed Short Term Balloon, as amended herein foreclosed is securing a Promissory Note executed September 21, 2023, in the original, principal amount of $400,000.00, and a Promissory Note for Real Property Short Term Balloon dated September 28, 2022 in the original, principal amount of $875,000.00, as amended by that First Modification to Promissory Note for Real Property Short Term Balloon dated January 20, 2022 increasing original, principal amount by $300,000.00 for a new principal balance of $1,175,000.00, as amended by that Second Modification to Promissory Note For Real Property Short Term Balloon dated September 21, 2023, extending the Maturity Date to September 28, 2024, as amended by that Third Modification to Promissory Note For Real Property Short Term Balloon dated August 5, 2024, which extended the Maturity Date to November 5, 2024.
