Notice is hereby given that under provisions of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Toccoa, Georgia, a public hearing will be held by the Toccoa City Commission of the City of Toccoa, Georgia, on the following request:
Rezoning Request from Mr. Andrew Vassar, Vassar Enterprises, LLC for property, approximately 7.49 acres, located at 27 Broncos Drive, Tract 1; 27 Riley Street, Tax Map T18, Parcel Number 157. The subject property is zoned R-IV Manufactured Home Residential District. The applicant would like to utilize the property to construct single-family homes and/or duplexes. The applicant has requested a rezoning for the property to R-II: Two-family Residential District which would allow for the construction of homes and/or duplexes. The Toccoa Planning Commission has reviewed this rezoning request and recommends approval as submitted.
Said public hearing shall be held Monday, March 22 at 5:00 p.m. via teleconference, and all interested persons are invited to call in to the Toccoa City Commission meeting to be heard on the question of whether or not said request should be approved by the City Commission of the City of Toccoa.
