For the season finale, the Toccoa Symphony Orchestra will perform a concert that promises to delight orchestral music afficionados and movie lovers of all ages.
Conductor Dr. Benji Stegner has planned a program of epic classic and contemporary cinematic scores that will transport you to the musical and magical world of the movies.
The Music & Movie Magic concert will take place on Sunday, May 7, at 4 p.m. at the Grace Alford Performing Arts Center on the campus of Toccoa Falls College.
The gate opens at 3:30 p.m. and the doors to the auditorium open at 3 p.m.
From the heartwarming theme of ET to the magical sounds of Harry Potter, from the timeless classic Wizard of Oz to the modern hit musical Wicked, and more, this concert showcases the scene – setting emotional music, that has helped to define these iconic films and make them so memorable.
Advance tickets for adults are $7, $10 at the door. Children and students will be admitted free.

The Toccoa Symphony Orchestra is a full- sized orchestra of 50 to 60 talented musicians led by conductor Dr. Benji Stegner.
Founded in 1977, the orchestra performs three concerts per season featuring “pop” tunes and classical symphonic music selections.
The orchestra also holds a fundraising event gala in February and a summer outdoor concert, Patriotic Pops, in late June.
Special guest vocalists and instrumentalists frequently join the Symphony providing the residents of northeast Georgia with a first-class musical experience.
