William Tucker was one of the 17 individuals selected to carry a torch during the 1996 Summer Olympics, which were held in Atlanta July 19 through Aug. 4, 1996. On Tuesday, he was photographed standing next to the eternal flame statue in front of Toccoa City Hall.
