The Toccoa-Stephens County Animal Shelter has temporarily closed.
Toccoa-Stephens County Animal Shelter Director Jeff Roberts reported Thursday, Dec. 3, morning that the animal shelter is temporarily closed after a second employee had tested positive for COVID-19.
