High kicking Indianettes win state title

    The Stephens County High School dance team took the championship Feb. 15.

The Stephens County High School Indianettes dance team competed in the 2020 GHSA State Dance Invitational on Feb. 15 at Columbus State University. The Indianettes won the AAA/AAAA High Kick State Championship. They were undefeated in high kick this competition season. The Indianettes also placed third in the pom division at the state championship. Pictured are (front, from left) Anike' Tendell, Kaitlin Quick, Haley Jordan, and Demi Thomas.
