Stephens County football team has put two of their own on the All-State team. Gamarion Carter has been chosen as a first team All-State wide-receiver by Recruit Georgia and by the AJC/Georgia High School Football Daily. Carter has signed with Vanderbilt University to play football. Jahari Burns was chosen as an honorable mention all-state by Recruit Georgia.
