TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the described property as Ridgemore Dr., Toccoa, Georgia 30577
(Tax Parcel 064F 032), as follows, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the 215th District, G.M., Stephens County, Georgia, and being shown and designated as Tract 8A according to a plat of survey by G. Brian Slate dated July 13, 1983 and last revised on March 3, 1995, said plat being incorporated herein by reference for a more complete description of said property and being recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 868, Stephens County Records.
As described in Deed Book 1249, Page 382 & a portion of the tracts in Deed Book 784, Page 175. Further described as Map & Parcel 064F032.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 5th day of July, 2024, or 30 days from service of notice.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of April, 2023, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Stephens County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1328, Page 403.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 5th day of July, 2024, or 30 days from service of notice, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: David A. Basil, LLC, 301 Bradley Street, Suite B-7, Carrollton, Georgia, 30117.
