BY J. TODD TRUELOVETHE TOCCOA RECORD   The Toccoa Police Department responded to a call Wednesday, Nov. 26, to a call that a body had been found in a tent on property around Alban Court.   “Inside the tent, a deceased male was located,” said police chief Bruce Carlisle.
The Arrowhead Health and Wellness Clinic, a collaboration between Stephens County Hospital and the Stephens County School System, opened on Oct. 29.
