THE STEPHENS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WILL RECEIVE SEALED BIDS FOR FURNISHING ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIALS NECESSARY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF PAVEMENT MARKINGS (BOTH PAINT AND/OR THERMOPLASTIC) ON VARIOUS COUNTY ROADS IN STEPHENS COUNTY FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2020. THIS CONTRACT WILL HAVE TWO (2) ONE (1) YEAR OPTIONS FOR RENEWAL. THE NUMBER OF LANE MILES WILL BE DETERMINED ON A YEAR TO YEAR BASIS. THE CONTRACT TIME WILL END DECEMBER 31ST OF EACH YEAR THE CONTRACT REMAINS IN FORCE.

The Construction firm should submit its statement of qualification and bid proposal to Stephens County no later than Friday, February 28, 2020 at 3:00 PM. Bids MUST be submitted in sealed envelopes. The Bidder's Name and complete Project Name MUST appear legibly on the outside of the envelope.
