BY MICHAEL O’HEARNTHE TOCCOA RECORDToccoa native and musician Scoot Teasley is releasing new music this week.The song, “Tower Road,” is inspired by his upbringing on Tower Road in Stephens County. It is being released tomorrow, July 18.

The Remnant church has successful start

BY MICHAEL O’HEARNTHE TOCCOA RECORD Pastor Ryan Bennett said he is OK with his new church being referred to as an “inner city” ministry.He said his church brings in people from all walks of life, even those who have been involved in gang activities in the area.

Historic WWII beam arrives at Military Museum

SPLOST vote coming this fall
