BY LAURA SHAWTHE TOCCOA RECORD     The Tugaloo River Water Trail is hosting its annual sunset paddle on Saturday.    The paddle will take boaters out to the Indian Mound, where someone will present the history, then paddle back. It’s a five-mile round-trip paddle.

City of Toccoa sets rollback rate

Candidates set for city elections

Firefighters tackle two blazes in Toccoa

Heart clinic added to hospital

BY J. TODD TRUELOVE THE TOCCOA RECORD     The Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce recently recognized the addition of a heart clinic at Stephens County Hospital.   “This has been a project that has been years in development,” said hospital president and CEO Van Loskoski.
