BY TOM LAWTHE TOCCOA RECORD       Toccoa city commissioners Monday afternoon instructed its water engineers to move ahead in three areas to help determine the future of the local water system.

With him are Jennifer Blasingame, Stephens County Schools System superintendent Connie Franklin, Melissa Wallace, Stephen Wallace, SCSS CTAE director Joni Whitfield, SCHS teacher Jeffrey Lovegrove, and SCHS principal Jessica Simmons.
