The Georgia Academy for Economic Development announced this week the graduation of three Stephens County residents from the 2019 Region 2 Multi-Day Training Program.

Stop the Bullying sponsors concert

Tammie Arthur's Stop the Bullying campaign in Stephens County has grown since she started the organization a few years ago.
"It (Stop the Bullying) started a couple of years ago when I heard of a little boy (in Toccoa) dying because of bullying," said Arthur.

Stephens County High School, a long-time resident of Region 8-AAA, will return to its roots in 2020 following reclassification by he Georgia High School Athletic Association (GHSA).
The GHSA released reclassification for 2020-2022 on Tuesday.

Paul Anderson Park schedules Christmas celebration
