BY TOM LAWTHE TOCCOA RECORD Toccoa commissioners on Monday unanimously agreed to have its consulting engineering firm to apply for a state grant to fund a feasibility study of the city’s water system needs for the next 50 years.

Fall sports resumed this week, starting with a softball game on the road for the Lady Indians. The team bested the Habersham County Raiders, 3-2.
