BOE budget increasing $1.2 million

BY J. TODD TRUELOVETHE TOCCOA RECORD    The proposed budget for the Stephens County school system fiscal 2017 year is 2.2 percent more than it was for the 2025-2026 year.   That’s an increase totaling some $1.2 million  — rising from $54,966,611 in 2025-2026, to $56,185,100 in 2026-2027.
