Indians track teams compete in regional meet

This week, the Indians’ track teams competed in the region meet on Monday, April 22, and Wednesday, April 24 in Franklin County. The meet had five athletes qualify for sectionals and two more athletes with top 10 finishes in their events.

Toast of Toccoa festival postponed

Food, beer, wine, arts, and entertainment will be part of Toccoa’s annual event this weekend, Toast of Toccoa.
This year’s festival is the seventh annual for the city, and last year’s event brought about 5,000 people to the downtown area.

The group hails from Donegal, Ireland, and is a multi-award-winning band that is taking the Irish American scene by storm.
