Track achieves nine personal bests

Tennis rolls past Habersham

BY TOM LAWTHE TOCCOA RECORD   The Stephens County Lady Indians tennis team rolled past rival Habersham Central 5-0 on Tuesday, April 7, while the Indian boys dropped a narrow 3-2 decision.   The Lady Indians blanked the Lady Raiders to record their seventh shutout victory of the season.

Tennis sweeps Lanier Longhorns

BY TOM LAWTHE TOCCOA RECORD   The Stephens County Indians swept all three singles matches en route to a 4-1 dual match victory over the Lanier Longhorns last week.  Alex Brunt rolled to a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 2 singles to put the Indians ahead in the non-region match with AAAAA Lanier.
