Guild seeking artists for festival

The Currahee Artists’ Guild is seeking artists for its annual Fall Arts and Crafts Festival that’s held in conjunction with the Toccoa Harvest Festival on Saturday, Oct. 26, and Sunday, Oct. 27.
The hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Museum to unveil two new exhibits

The Stephens County Historical Society’s Museum will unveil two new exhibits on Monday, Sept. 30.
The first is an outside exhibit of an original horse watering trough and water pump used in downtown Toccoa during the 1800’s and early 1900’s.

Sour Drug Deal nets three suspects

Harvest Festival coming in October

The 43rd annual Toccoa Harvest Festival will be held Saturday, Oct. 26 and Sunday, Oct. 27.
The event typically boasts some 150-plus vendors with close to 10,000 attendees over the two days.
The fee for craft vendors is $40 per space.
