To ensure the confidentiality of the patients, only the address will be  shared with 911 centers.

  The Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency, in collaboration with the Georgia Department of Public Health, will begin to provide a list of COVID-19 cases in each jurisdiction to 911 centers this week.

On Friday, April 3, 2020, staff at the Clary Care Center were working to arrange the transfer of one of its residents to another facility. The individual was in good health, but the receiving facility required that any incoming individual be tested for COVID-19.
